Main skills: I am a senior fullstack engineer with 10+ years building production web applications end to end, with a strong backend focus on Ruby on Rails. Production & monitoring — I work directly with staging and production servers; New Relic, Monit, and logrotate; release planning and follow-up on production metrics and incidents.

Planning & leadership — About 2.5 years as team leader of a 9-member team: mentoring, project management, estimation, code review, and aligning technical work with product goals — while still shipping code myself.
